What time will the photographers be at the venue?
Our photographers will arrange with the Formal organizer to be at your event early to capture your arrival and will be taking photos until the night finishes.
How do we look at the roving photos taken?
These can be viewed on the website www.gfpformals.com.au and there is no login required.
How long until I receive my photographs?
GFP Formals will send your photos to you within 1 week of the shoot. We make every effort to keep this deadline – although during busy periods it can be up to 2 weeks.
I have lost my Customer login, how can I view and order my photos?
Please call our Customer Service team on 1300 360 445 to assist you.
Are images only available as 13x18cm prints?
We offer a variety of sizes and packages. Go to www.gfpformals.com.au to view our range.
How long will my proofs be kept online?
Proofs are kept on-line for 3 months.
Can I have my proofs emailed to me?
We do not offer this service at this time due to the strict email size limits and spam control on some accounts – however programming is underway, so keep tuned.
Can I purchase photos from another student's Customer Code?
Our privacy policy prevents us from providing another student's web login. You will need to acquire the web login from the student.
I was part of a studio group photo how do I order a copy?
All of your Group photos and Roving photos are online and available to order, so go to www.gfpformals.com.au. Orders can be placed online once your images have been located.
Is your website secure?
Our online ordering system is extremely secure. We have processed thousands of orders without a single security issue. Our e-commerce system uses SSL technology (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt your personal and financial details.
What are my payment options?
We accept payment from BPAY, POST Billpay, Visa and Mastercard or you can phone our Customer Service on 1300 360 445 to pay.
What are my shipping options?
We mail all orders. Each order is securely packaged and dispatched via Australia Post.
Can I buy the images/negatives from you?
You can purchase all of your images on CD – simply phone 1300 360 445 to order.
How long does it take to receive photos I have ordered online?
Once you have placed your order, you can expect them within 14 days.
How do I return photos that I do not want?
Simply place your invoice and photos you do not want with payment for photos you wish to keep in an envelope and send to GFP Formals, GPO Box 9953 in your Capital City.
